Shear Genius
The Shear Genius features a 33-ton turret punching centre and fully integrated right angle shear. The turret punch can hold up to 80 different punches at one time including a range of shaped punches for notching, coping and nibbling

E Bender
The Grant Metal Products Prima Power E Bender is a robotic press brake that automatically loads metal, processes it and then unloads fabricated parts. The unit is one of three components that are part of a Prima Power Robotic Manufacturing Cell.
It can bend hundreds of parts to exact specifications in a fraction of the time required by manually operated press brakes. It is ideal for parts requiring accuracy in a repetitive action. The E Bender far out performs hydraulic press brakes.
Night Train
The Night Train is a large storage and retrieval system for managing raw product and work in progress. It s fully integrated with the Shear Genius and the E Bender.
